I have been working in Offices, Corporate and Small businesses for over 20 years.
I have dealt with Stress, Anxiety and Depression for 30 years. There are many learning curves I have taken along the way. Unhealthy eating and weight problems at both ends of the scales.
I have used many processes. Dealt with Counsellors, Psychologist and therapists, and have learnt what works and what doesn't. I want to help others and share my knowledge with others and get them back on the right track.
I can come to you. Clean out your pantry and cupboards of unhealthy food. Show you the shopping isles and what to avoid. There are numerous resource downloads for your health. Coaching sessions and accountability partnering to ensure you get setup for the way forward.
Consultations can be done Nationwide via phone or internet/Skype.
